Jeffrey Campbell “Lita”
You've probably seen the fuzzy leaked cell phone pic of this shoe in its silver and turquoise glitter manifestation making the rounds on several fashion blogs and tumblrs like a legendary lake-dwelling monster. Believe it or not--despite my love of all things glitter--I'm more interested in the distressed mustard version. The fact that this 70's-inspired platform is named after a Runaway (and legend in her own right) is a bonus.

I LOVE it. And if I could walk in it, I would love it even more!
Whoa, those are really good! I normally don”t like tall shoes but I think I would totally wear those!

I feel like an old fart but none of the shoe trends seem to suit me these days.
Maya – No, I haven’t! Pretty cool! x
Nita – I’m jealous! You have good taste
Aja – Well, if you were that much of an old fart you’d probably like these since it’s sooo flashback gaudy 70′s. You have a fresh, clean, modern style.
margief & anyone who hasn’t seen it – The leaked glitter version: http://audrey.buzznet.com/user/journal/7403571/jeffrey-campbell-glitter-lita/ — It is pretty awesome.
I always loved jeffrey campbell shoes
got the silver boots. and now i”ve got a bass guitar and amp for my bday.
but yeah, i want those leather boots. i went to a job interview and its been forever since ive updated my nylons so the feet were wearing out and i just thought…if i had shoes like that, problem solved.
Jeffrey Campbell is the king of naming his shoes! And I need them in my closet.

Great comparisson Annie! I can def see where Mr Campbell got his inspiration
yep, I”m going to have to agree with you on this one! Normally I always opt for the sparkley version of anything, but I love the plain ones of these… they”d be perfect to go with lots of sparkley things!

Those Lita shoes are freaking cute!
I agree I like this style much better. I just worry that my feet will look to big for my body. LOL! I still like them.
Those are so bad arse. LOVE!
Hot dang, those are high. I”d die wearing those. Really, I will. Haha
those shoes are ridiculously amazing. i just saw another blogger wearing them and she said they”re comfortable too! x
Indeed the mustard version looks better than the glittery ones. These platform boots look very vintage and modern chic at the same time. Love them, would wear them!
There is no way I could walk in those shoes. I would endure at least one twisted ankle, maybe two. That is of course assuming I could get moving in the first place.
