Gloves For Your Feet
These are the least sporty pair of toe-shoes from this brand; all others resemble aqua socks and are not very cute except for kayaking or something. The Performas look like leather gloves and could pass for flats with a nearsighted glance. What do you think?
LOVE or HATE?
These and their aqua sock cousins can be found on eBay:

It makes me think of shoes a Sasquatch would wear. That could be because am from the Northwest though! : /
So insanely weird! I’m not keen on the colour but I think the concept is kinda cool.
I’d do it for practical reasons (walking on pebbly beaches?) but not for fashion reasons.
Hate but…I’m strangely attracted to them? o_o
Make them bubblegum pink and I just *might* buy them, because they’re so weird.
I would like to see them on feet. I feel like they could be cute in a way- like cap gloves that don’t hit your wrist- but I’m not sold just yet. I think they have potential if styled right.
Eh. Too weird. Won’t your toes sweat?
I’m afraid they won’t get any loving from me, it’s much too weird lol:P
xx
looks so funny!
I’ve seen similar footwear in the gym; it’s made of other materials, but in any format, it’s going to take some getting used to. I don’t dig it.
HATE IT.
But I love your style
and for that I gave you a “Love her Style” Blog Award
Have a groovy day
We have these at the store I work at and we get sooo many calls for them. I’m not a huge fan but they’re clearly popular right now!
Hello’s, man I’ve missed your blog posts I must have a good old catch up session (I’ve had no internet long long dull story),anywho’s these are strange and how I imagine a aliens foot looks like or something you know?HA!
peace
prettyneons x
I’m slightly freaked out by them but if anyone can pull them off you can!
Ummmm not sure. I don’t think I’d ever wear them.
What the? What are they for? I am intrigued.
What alixrose posted was the exact thing I was thinking. Bigfoot shoesies!
wow foot have a gloves, thats cool!
xxx
Hate
but they’re interesting ^^
Wow, this is really interesting : ) xx
I hate how they look but I still want some! I’ve totally bought into the idea of barefoot running being better, or barefoot-ish with kind-of shoes like these. But I don’t know why they have to show all the toes, why couldn’t they just put fabric over the top so it looks like a regular shoe?
Don’t hate, but I wouldn’t wear them. I’ve always hate toe socks, and these seem even more uncomfortable although they are interesting.
those make me feel really awkward and gross.
hannahlizabeth – They also come in black and red.
Marlena – That would be so cute! They should.
Stella – I would style them just like regular flats. They do look like cap gloves
All Women Stalker – I think the perforation may help with that.
enc – Yeah, I don’t like the sporty ones, but these, these I like.
Tuesdai Noelle – Thank you! I really appreciate that
xx
Sasha b – Really? Wow! That’s surprising.
prettyneons – Lol, yeah.. x
Danielle – Thanks!
robyn – I think these are actually meant for yoga and stuff.
junepaski – That’s what I’m sayin
Jennifer – But then they would be boring!
Ruta – Yeah, I never got into toe-socks either..
EVERYONE – Thanks for your opinions! The NAYS have it, for sure, but I’ve got to admit–I think they’re great! I like how they would illicit double-takes and are sort of familiar yet unconventional at the same time.
Really weird, yet as much as I love going barefoot I would probably wear them in black. Not a fan of aqua socks either, but in the Northwest the might be a big seller. I’ll let you know if I find anything like this in China!
I’d have to try them on and see how comfortable they are. I do like the color though. What about those people with weirdly shaped toes, like a longer second toe, will these fit them?
Bess – They do come in black.. Thanks!
TheAL – I think they would fit the same as other shoes, I mean it goes by shoe size. I don’t think it’s much different than other shoes. Lots of shoes have different shaped toes (round, pointed, etc.). I guess one would have to try them on, though.
We need more people who think like you.
