    Ooh yes my cupcakes! I actually baked the cupcakes a good couple of hours beforehand so it was the consistency of the icing that I didn’t get right. I want to have a go with making fondant icing next time! :)

    Thanks for your comment, by the way…the Seinfeld reference had me laughing out loud. To be honest, I was thinking of that Seinfeld scene where Elaine was walking down the street in those boots, writing descriptions in her mind, right when I was penning that post. Quite the coincidence, don’t you think? Great minds think alike! :)
