Stripes Forever

I wore this to go see the new Herzog film at Belcourt. I love this Seneca Rising dress! It's sexy but tough. Even if I was wearing it with bare legs and high heels, I don't think anyone would want to mess with it. I'm pretty sure this dress can kick some ass. I got it from REVOLVEclothing along with some equally formidable boots and a cool little sweater. You can find the coolest things there.

Speaking of kick-ass, I finally have the 80%20 Cody boots! They've haunted my daydreams for long enough. I agonized over whether to get them in brown or black, and I'm not exaggerating--I seriously agonized. I'm not going to show the psycho pasted-up image I made of myself wearing either pair, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Ultimately, I chose the black ones. I have about a million outfits planned for them already.

For those new to my blog, this isn't my first pair of 80%20 shoes. In fact, I'm embarrassed to count how many I have. The reason I'm so stuck on this brand is because I love all the designs (they're so unique and interesting, they always get attention), it's hard to go back to flat boots now that I have the deceptive height-building hidden wedge, they're so incredibly comfortable, and I know the quality is good.
