  6. Alright. I was thinking of wearing leggings and a short skirt to work today. You may have just pushed me over the edge with this post. But I wish mine were pretty blue velvet!

  24. I saw a woman in black velvet leggings a few weeks ago.

    Shiny leggings blew up in 2008. Zippered leggings in 2009. I wonder if velvet leggings will become popular in 2010.
