I saw a woman in black velvet leggings a few weeks ago.

Shiny leggings blew up in 2008. Zippered leggings in 2009. I wonder if velvet leggings will become popular in 2010.

Clare - Thank you! I’ve always been a light blonde so my parents hate it but I like it darker. It reminds me of a doll I had whose hair color I loved.
