Belle Sauvage Seizure-Inducing Frocks

I don't think I have ever posted catwalk photos here (correct me if I'm wrong), but I want to share these photos from new London-based label Belle Sauvage's launch yesterday during London Fashion Week. They count Lady Gaga, Julliette Lewis, and La Roux as fans and I'm not surprised. They can count me as a fan too (but it wouldn't carry nearly as much weight). The seizure-inducing fractal prints are making me a little cross-eyed in a good way--okay, that doesn't make sense--what I mean is, I like them. They're a bit acid and reminiscent of 5D posters. Maybe if you stare long enough without focusing you'll see a sailboat. Or perhaps, you will fall in love. It happens.


I would so rock the bathing suit as a body suit.

    The fractal prints are great and I love the strong shoulder, but the crazy hair is AWESOME!! Me wants. Too bad wigs aren’t ya know, mainstream anymore. Only Gaga seems to have the courage to don them…she had a crazy impact on the whole fashion industry, didn’t she?

    Wow, leather dresses really seem to be all over the place…Maybe I’m just imagining it because I was listening to a british fashion podcast earlier. …Yet another London trend soon to hit America with a vengeance no doubt!!
