If you wear eye-makeup then you need Urban Decay's Primer Potion. It's no mistake that the package resembles a genie's bottle because this stuff is magic. Put it on your eyelids and let it set before doing your make-up. It will prevent your eye-shadow from creasing or smearing, and keep your liquid eyeliner fresh and smudge-free--a must when perfecting a cat eye. This is what you need if you want your make-up to last all day (or all night). Urban Decay also make a lot of other cosmetics that are worth checking out (most notably the adorable Alice In Wonderland Limited Edition set), but Primer Potion is a holy grail must-have for all make-up kits.
