Novelty Sunglasses On Ebay

Look into my eyes... It's Michael Jackson!

I bought these Michael Jackson shades last summer as a surprise gift for Benjamin. He let me borrow them for this photo. The amazingly accurate artistic rendering of the Thriller cover is lightly inked so you can see through the lenses. You can't find them on eBay anymore but click here if you'd like a similar pair. I've been checking out different novelty sunglasses on eBay recently, and here are a few of my favorites:

It's a true fact that one of my fashion muses is Johnny Cage from Mortal Combat. Just click here if you don't believe me. These sunglasses have holographic flags lightly inked on the lenses like the Michael Jackson ones. They would go perfectly with a t-shirt and black skinnies while lending some tongue-in-cheek to the classic outfit.

There are a few different lips sunglasses on eBay, red ones and blue ones, but these are probably my personal favorite because I think the pink would complement my hair. They're a refreshing alternative to the popular heart-shaped sunglasses and give the same sort of flirtation without the Nabokov/Kubrick referencing.

How cute are these vintage sunglasses featuring the French national colors, a Chanel-inspired shape, and the Eiffel Tower with a tiny French flag on top? Kind of adorable aren't they? A little over-the-top but I think they would do well at a casual party.
